Shipping Policy

We ship to the 50 US States.  

 

Once an order is placed, the order will be processed and shipped to the address on the order.  We will notify you by email when the order has shipped with a tracking number.  Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.   If you have made a mistake while placing an order, please contact us right away and we will assist you.  However, if the order has already shipped, the order may no longer be changed.

Return Policy

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.  In the event that you wish to return a product, please email us at Twytch.fit@gmail.com.

Items may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days.  Customer pays shipping costs unless there is something wrong with the item.   We suggest items are sent back through an insured and trackable method.  We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.   All shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items that were damaged during transit, please contact us right away so that we may investigate and issue a refund or send a replacement.

If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender or we may issue store credit at the customer's choice minus any shipping costs.  The following conditions must be met:

​

  1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page.

  2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and

  3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original  Receipt or the original Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all  orders.)
